how we go about it
The mystery shop visits are scheduled according to your requirements and as often as you wish. The norm would be 1 visit per outlet every month. The report would contain statistical data on all the points you wanted stressed and checked out, plus invaluable client feedback from our experienced MYSTERY SHOPPERS.
